We will immerse ourselves in the Seafood Black Market of Ensenada, where Chef Roberto Alcocer will share some secrets on how to choose the best fish and seafood.
Chef Roberto worked at Michelin award-winning restaurants such as Pujol and other restaurants in Mexico. He currently has his own restaurant, Malva, which is found at Valle Guadalupe. To supplement the experience we will go on a tour to select vegetables from the vegetable garden and we will also visit their lamb farm to finish with an espectacular cooking class.
